Effective Date: August 9, 2026 · Condor Studio News / Condor Studios (an SPX Mastery company) / Russell Clark
Condor Studio News ("we," "us," or "our") provides a business-to-business hourly news audio service for radio stations and media companies worldwide. We are committed to protecting personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have — including the right to request complete deletion of your personal data.
Questions or privacy requests: rustyace@spxmastery.com · +1 629-777-4465
1. Information We Collect
Personal information you provide
- Station / account information: Station name, call letters, station ID (slug), contact name, email address, phone (if provided), market/timezone, plan selection, and onboarding preferences (ending scripts, delivery method, automation notes).
- Authentication: Hashed portal PIN (we never store your PIN in plain text), session cookies, magic-link tokens (short-lived), and automation feed tokens you use for unattended downloads.
- Payment information: All card and bank payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account numbers. We retain Stripe customer/subscription IDs, plan, and billing status for service delivery. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Communications: Support tickets, QA feedback, booking details (name, email, station, notes for producer calls), and email correspondence.
- Production content you submit: Custom ending audio, scripts, and pronunciation notes needed to produce your station’s news package.
- Acknowledgements: When you accept our Terms, Privacy Policy, or product trust notices, we may record acceptance, version, time, and IP address for our records.
Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser/user-agent, request path, timestamps, and basic error logs when you use our website, portal, or automation feed.
- Usage data: Portal actions needed to operate the product (e.g. episode downloads, onboarding steps completed) to deliver service and improve reliability.
- Cookies: Essential session cookies for portal and admin authentication. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on Condor Studio News by default.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, produce, and deliver hourly news audio with your approved station ending
- Operate the station portal, onboarding wizard, automation feed, and support channels
- Authenticate access (PIN, magic link, session cookie, feed token)
- Process subscriptions and billing via Stripe
- Send transactional email (login links, welcome, billing notices, support replies) — not optional marketing spam
- Schedule producer calls (Google Calendar / Meet when you book)
- Improve product quality, pronunciation dictionaries, and on-air reliability
- Comply with law, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for marketing. We share data only as needed to run the service:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing
- Postmark (or similar transactional email) — login links and service emails
- Cloud / infrastructure providers — hosting, object storage (e.g. audio files), and security monitoring under contracts that limit use of your data
- Google — if you book a call, calendar/Meet details are processed per Google’s terms for that booking
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property
- Business transfers — if Condor Studio News or Condor Studios is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale; we will notify affected customers of material changes
News content we produce is intended for your licensed broadcast / streaming use under your subscription. Your custom ending remains associated with your account; we do not resell your proprietary station imaging to other customers.
4. Cookies and Tracking
- Essential cookies: Session authentication for the station portal and super admin. Required for the product to work.
- Analytics: First-party server logs only. We do not currently use Google Analytics or similar third-party behavioural trackers on this site.
You can block cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies will prevent portal login.
5. Your Rights — Including Complete Deletion
We serve a global audience. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/EEA/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), and similar laws. We honour these rights for all customers and contacts worldwide to the fullest extent practical:
- Access — copy of personal information we hold about you
- Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion (right to be forgotten) — request that we completely eliminate personal data identifying you or your contacts from our systems, subject to limited legal retention (below)
- Portability — structured export where technically feasible
- Restriction / objection — limit certain processing where the law provides
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent
- Opt out of marketing — we primarily send transactional service mail; any optional marketing can be stopped on request
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights
How to request deletion: Email rustyace@spxmastery.com with subject “Privacy deletion request,” your station ID (if any), and the email/name to erase. We will verify the request and, within 30 days (or sooner if required by law), delete or anonymise personal data, revoke portal sessions, and invalidate automation feed tokens. You may also call +1 629-777-4465.
What we may retain after deletion: Invoice/tax records, fraud-prevention logs, and legally required accounting data for up to 7 years (or longer if required by law), stored in a form that is no longer used for marketing or active service. Audio productions created for your station under a paid subscription may be retained only as needed for billing disputes or legal claims, then deleted or de-identified.
EU/EEA/UK: You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California: You have CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, and opt out of “sale/share” (we do not sell personal information).
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Account, production, and usage data for the life of the subscription
- Cancelled accounts: Personal data deleted or anonymised on request or within a reasonable wind-down period; legal/billing records retained as required
- Support / QA: Typically up to 3 years unless a longer period is required
- Feed tokens & sessions: Rotated/revoked on request; sessions expire (portal ~10 days of inactivity renew cycle)
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, hashed PINs, HttpOnly session cookies, secret feed tokens for automation, access controls, and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In a breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Children
Condor Studio News is a B2B professional service for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. International Transfers
We operate primarily from the United States. If you access our services from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those laws may differ from yours. Where required (e.g. GDPR), we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the service, you understand this transfer is necessary to deliver global radio production.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third parties (e.g. VixShield, booking tools, Stripe Checkout). Their privacy practices are their own — please review their policies.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, emailed to registered station contacts when practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
