1. Not a broadcaster. Condor Studio News / Condor Studios / Russell Clark is a content and production provider. We do not hold an FCC broadcast license, do not transmit over the air or operate your station’s facilities, and are not the station licensee under the Communications Act of 1934 or FCC rules.
2. Licensee control. The FCC holds the station licensee responsible for material selected and aired (including programming from third-party and syndicated sources). You and your organisation remain solely responsible for pre-air review, scheduling, automation playout, EAS/CAP obligations, sponsorship ID, political/file rules, indecency/obscenity rules, local content standards, and all other compliance in every territory where you air or stream Condor audio.
3. Hold harmless. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Condor Studio News, Condor Studios, SPX Mastery, Russell Clark, and their officers, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, FCC actions, fines, listener complaints, defamation claims, copyright claims, or damages arising from your broadcast, stream, or other distribution of Condor-delivered audio or your station ending/imaging.
4. No guarantee of fitness for every market. Packages are produced on tight hourly clocks from general/global-national news sources. You are responsible for verifying critical local facts, names, and timing before air when your market or format requires it.
5. Terms & Privacy. This agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. A dated electronic signature and station stamp are recorded with IP for our files.
